To add a new SMS template, hover over SMS in the navigation and select TEMPLATES. Click on '+ Add SMS Template'.

Give the template a name, click on the #{{ - }} icon to reveal all of the available variables that can be added, compose the message copying any variables you wish into it and click Submit to save.

Templates can be tied to Blocks and set to be repeated daily, weekly, monthly or anually from the date sent, e.g. for dental checkup appointments, vehicle maintanence reminders etc.
