Hover over SMS in the navigation and select either your INBOX or OUTBOX depending on the messages you wish to report on.
Select the 'Status' filter.
Held - Messages that have been queued but have been manually paused from being sent.
Sent - Messages that have been sent.
Delivered - Messages that have been delivered to the recipient(s).
Issue - There has been an issue with sending the message.
Pending - Messages that are in the queue to be sent.
By filtering by 'Status', only messages with the selected status will be displayed.
Clicking the 'More' icon highlighted below, date range filters will appear to further filter the results. Mass actions can then be set on the results:
Set Held - Changes the status to held (paused).
Set Pending - Sets the status of the messaged to be queued for sending.
Set Inactive - Changes the status of the messages inactive.
Set Active - Sets the status of the messages to active.
Set From Number - If you have multiple virtual phone numbers, the send from number can be changed.
