When creating an event in your Activity or Schedule, you can assign a User(s), Vehicle(s) or a Room(s) to that Event.
You may have a fleet of company cars at your business that you would like to keep a track of its details. As well as entering details about the vehicle, you can also attach any documentation to do with the vehicle.
In your office there may be empty meeting rooms. You can create rooms that can be booked into an event in your Activity & Schedule. You can also attach any documentation to do with the room.
