A Team Member's Defaults are:
• Default Activity - is the their job role.
• Default Location - is where they are located.
Notes: If you have any specific notes, requirements, or any information that you feel may feel that need to be noted against the user.
Dates: You may wish to record their date of birth so that you can wish them a Happy Birthday! You can also record their start and end of employment dates here.
The Team Member's defaults will always appear in the Activity and Schedule sections.
