The total number of people in your team each month.

Open

The opening value is the number of people in Alpaka on the first day of the month before we apply starters or leavers.

Close

The closing value is the number of people in Alpaka on the last day of the month after we apply starters or leavers.

Starters

Starters are the number of people who join your team this month.

Leavers

Leavers are the number of people with a leaving date in this month. If a leaving date is missing, but the team member is inactive, we use the date of the last edit as their leaving date. It is best to add the correct leaving date.

Change %

(Headcount on the last day of the month - Headcount on the first day of the month) / Headcount on the first day of the month.

Turnover %

Leavers in the month divided by Headcount on the first day of the month.

Data only includes members of your team that are in Alpaka. You can create previous employees and make them inactive without incurring a cost.
