The movie demonstrates how to set a PIN and create then download a QR code for a member of your team. Other resources in Alpaka can also be configured with an identity for Alpaka Presence - Sites, Departments, Rooms, Vehicles, Projects and Contacts. 

Alpaka Presence will record two identities coming together - whether that is a member of your team entering one of your sites for work or if they visit a contact the reading will be available for you to interpret depending on your scenario.
