When creating an event in your Activity or Schedule, you can assign a User(s), Vehicle(s) or a Room(s) to that Event.
Vehicles:
You may have a fleet of company cars at your business that you would like to keep a track of its details. As well as entering details about the vehicle, you can also attach any files to the vehicle.
Rooms:
In your office there may be empty meeting rooms. You can create rooms that can be booked into an event in your Activity & Schedule. You can also attach any files to the room.
