New Block - Here you can quickly add an event to your schedule such as request annual leave, add in a sick day or any other events that you have created as Blocks. You can find out about creating new/editing existing Blocks by clicking here.

To add a new Block to your Schedule via the Dashboard widget, select a block from the list, add any notes, pick a start date and time and adjust to amount of days for how long the event is.

Your Block Report - is a breakdown of Blocks that are/have been associated with you. For example below, Annual Leave in the past 3-12 months, 5.5 days has been taken. There is nothing in the +3-12 months because the Person hasn't requested any annual leave for the next coming 12 months. With the Absent Training Block, 8 days has been taken in the past 3-12 months, but in the next +3-12 months, there are another 3 days in the future associated to this Person with the Block Absent Training.

Your Block Status - lists the next upcoming Blocks associated with the Person. In the below example, there are 3 confirmed blocks.

Block Approval - if you are set to be an approver of a block, any blocks that have been requested by other People to be approved, they will appear here where you can quickly approve or deny the block by click either the tick or cross. To find out more about Absence/Block approval, click here.

Timesheet - here you can quickly access your last 3 timesheets.

Expense Claims - here you can quickly access your last 3 expense claims.

Today - lists the events associated with you for the current day.

Tomorrow - lists the events associated with you for the next day.

This week - lists the events associated with you for the current week.
