Timesheets can be added by clicking on the ‘ME’ menu and then ‘My Timesheets’. Using the options on the top right of the screen. You can create a new Timesheet for the month by clicking the '+ Add Timesheet' button. Once a timesheet has been created you should see it on the list below. To add times and edit the timesheet click on the green clock to the left of the timesheet.
When editing the timesheet, select the date and time from and to which calculates the total hours for that particular days task/job. The below example screen shot is relatively simple as I work Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 17:30, a Break is not calculated into the total time of the work day and my Activity/Role is Support.
Once the timesheet has been completed you can click the ‘Submit for Approval’ option. You may also add notes on the right hand side of the screen, this should be related to the months’ timesheet such as planned absences.
