You can export and download your filtered Punch timer data into Excel file format for e.g. supplying your client a broken down list and total amount of time a project has been worked on.

Click on PUNCH in the navigation to list your Punch timers.

By using the filters, you can narrow down your results to be exported. In this example I have chosen the Client 'Alpaka' and the Project as 'Green Street' to further narrow down the results.

Clicking the 'More' button in the top right will reveal further date and duration filters.

Once you are happy with your filtered results, click the 'Download' button.

***Please note this can take up to 30 seconds to prepare your download.

Once ready, a download dialogue box will appear. Click 'Download'.

Once downloaded as an Excel file it will contain all of your filtered results. Columns that may be of interest: I - Genuine Elapsed and J - Padded Elapsed. Genuine = Actual timed. Padded = Rounded time.
